Steve Duckett has been practicing criminal defense law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 15 years. A Northern Virginia native, defense attorney Steve Duckett has spent his whole life in the area, aside from the few years he spent at college and law school. He has handled cases in the Virginia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court, as well as Circuit and General District Courts throughout the Commonwealth. Steve received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Richmond in 1994. He graduated from Valparaiso University in Indiana with his J.D. and has since been practicing exclusively in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
